Check-in and check-out
Reception is open 24 hours a day during the snow season from 1 October to 31 March. Outside this period the opening hours are 8.00-20.00.
Check-in starts at 16.00 and check-out ends at 11.00. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability and an extra charge and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Shuttle Service
During the snow season (1 October – 31 March) we offer free transfers to/from our hotel at certain times of the day (see timetable below). Other departures from our selected locations can be arranged at Reception for a fee.
During the sun season (1 April – 30 September) we only offer free airport transfers to/from our hotel for your arrival and departure. There is no fixed schedule, pick-ups and drop-offs are arranged on a case by case basis. Other shuttles between the hotel and selected locations during your stay can be booked for a fee.
We recommend you book your transfer as soon as possible by sending us a message at info@aitoresort.com. Please include your arrival and departure times, and any special transport requirements you may have.
