Information

Activity Inclusions

All our activities include winter overalls, boots and the service of an English-speaking guide. Other languages may be available on request, but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received:

• 31 days or more prior to the event are free of charge;

• 8-30 days prior to the event will incur a 10% cancellation fee;

• 3-7 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee;

• 2 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Good to know

Activities are not private and are carried out in small groups. Group size can vary from 4 to 16.

Activity may be cancelled or postponed if group size is less than 4 adults.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.

Infants under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge.
