Age limit
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the treatment centre. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrivals
Please note that late arrivals may not be able to have their treatment extended. We therefore recommend that you arrive at the Spa Reception at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation to ensure a timely check-in.
