Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received: 31 days or more prior to the event are free of charge; 8-30 days prior to the event will incur a 10% cancellation fee; 3-7 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee; 2 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Good To Know

• Activities are not private and are carried out in groups. Group size varies from 4 to 24 people.
• Activity may be cancelled or postponed if group size is less than 4 adults.
• If ice conditions on the lake are unsafe, the ride will take place in the forest or in the vicinity of the hotel.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.
• Children weighing more than 30 kg are considered adults.
• Northern Lights Ride: The duration of the night activity is approximately 3.5 hours. Sightings of the Northern Lights are not guaranteed as they depend on weather conditions and solar activity that are beyond our control.
