Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final. Cancellations received: 31 days or more prior to the event are free of charge; 8-30 days prior to the event will incur a 10% cancellation fee; 3-7 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee; 2 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Good To Know

• Activity is not private and may be carried in groups.
• Activity may be cancelled or postponed if group size is less than 2 adults.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult.
• Departure times may vary depending on the month. You will be notified by email a few days in advance.
